Important Instructions for Candidates

• All selected and waitlist candidates must submit their willingness certificate to the email address provided by ICG before 13 December 2025.

• Appointment letters will be issued only to candidates who submit their willingness along with medical fitness certificates (SMB/AMB/RMB) by 15 December 2025.

• Reporting date for selected candidates at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala is 29 December 2025.

• Waitlist candidates may be upgraded if selected candidates become unwilling or are declared medically unfit.

• Waitlist candidates should remain prepared to report on short notice.
